Due to the violence, more than 3,000 people have been displaced as a result of the clashes between the Adara people and Fulanis, while properties worth millions of naira destroyed.

Mr. Cafra Caino, who is the Chairman of the Council, while speaking to journalists and inaugurating the camp located at Maraban Kajuru, made it known that the state government decided to establish a new camp for the victims to ease their sufferings.

He also stated that the government is trying to stop them from falling victims of child labour and trafficking.
