Fayose arrives court amidst heavy security
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission is set to arraign the immediate-past Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Ayodele Fayose, for an alleged fraud of N2.2bn.
The anti-graft agency conveyed the ex-governor to the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, in a white bus manned by heavy security Monday morning.

He is to be arraigned on an 11-count charge bordering on money laundering, abuse of public office, criminal breach of trust and stealing preferred against him by EFCC.
Fayose is being defended by a former Attorney General of the Federation, Chief Kanu Agabi (SAN).
Agabi was also counseled for the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, when he was tried before the Code of Conduct Tribunal for alleged false asset declaration
