Don’t Come With Weapons, NFF Pleads With Fans

The NFF has begged the spectators that’ll be coming to the Ahmadu Bello Staium in Kaduna on Friday to make sure that they do not come with weapons. Dr Mohammed Sanusi, who is the NFF General secretary, made the appeal known in Abuja while looking forward to the big match against the Egyptians.

“We are pleading specially to football fans not to come with any thing that’ll be seen as weapons, because there’ll be very high presence of security personnel in the stadium. We are also telling all the fans to please co-operate fully with the security agents at the venue.”

“We are also urging fans to come to the stadium putting on green and white colors. We want the stadium to be filled with our national colours.”

The match against the Pharaohs of Egypt is the 2017 African cup of Nations Qualifying match, which will go down at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium on Friday by 5:00pm. The return leg is slated for Tuesday March 29th, in Alexandria.
