CHRISTMAS: FRSC deploys over 25000 personnel across the country

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) made it known that it had sent out 25,000 personnel all across the country in preparation for Christmas.

Bisi Kazeem, who is the Corps Public Education Officer, stated this to journalists in Abuja.

This is part of efforts to begin its ‘Operation Zero Tolerance for Road Traffic Crashes’ which commenced on Wednesday, 19th and would run through January 15th, 2019.

The deployment covers both regular and special marshals close to 25,000.

Patrol vehicles, advanced life support ambulances, heavy duty trucks, patrol motorbikes, reflective jackets, and breathalyzers among others have also been deployed for effective assignment of our men, he said.

He further explained that all these have been put in place to ensure that all roads were accident free.
