The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has rejected a no-case application tendered before it by the suspended chief justice of Nigeria (CJN), Walter Onnoghen.
The suspended CJN had earlier today sought that the charges of false asset declaration against him be dismissed since the
the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) did not to follow its standard operations procedure before filing against him.
However, an adamant Justice Dahiru Danladi of the CCT refused Justice Onnoghen’s application. insisting that the CJN mus
t enter his defence by next week .
