ASUU Strike: Nigerian government treasure Cows than youths – Nnamdi Kanu

Yesterday, Nnamdi Kanu, who is the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, weighed in on the unending strike action by the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU.

The leader lamented that the government budgeted N91billion for grazing reserves while nothing was kept aside or allocated for education.

ASUU commenced its current strike on the 4th of November, 2018, and the end to the industrial action seems not to be possible as the government is yet to meet the required demands of the striking lecturers.

While reacting to the unending strike, Nnamdi Kanu wondered why the youths are still supporting those leaders who values their cows more than the youth and their future.

The IPOB leader stated via a tweet saying: “N91Billion for grazing reserves but nothing for education. ASUU is still on strike. Youths whose future are being stolen are in support of their oppressors who value their cows more than them.

“Truly, Nigeria is a zoo. No wonder Africans are easy to enslave, it’s genetic.”
