37 Soldiers Involved in Kano Road Accident, All Hospitalized.
A travelling military truck was involved in an accident in Gaya LGA of Kano State, leaving a total of 37 soldiers injured in the early hours of Friday.
For prompt medical attention, the soldiers were quickly taken to the General Hospital located in Dutse, Jigawa State.
Some eyewitnesses made it known that the accident happened because of a brake failure.
A. J. Umar, who is the Kano Sector Commandant of the Federal Road Safety Commission(FRSC), made a confirmation of the incident and stated that no casualty was recorded.
He also made known the Vehicle Registration Numbers as NA 1716 BO5.
Mr Umar further stated that it was the rescue team that was responsible for taking the soldiers to the hospital for prompt treatment.
